Join us First Friday’s for a free, community-guided meditation session dedicated to peace, mindfulness, and relaxation. For over 28 years, our center has proudly offered this weekly gathering to support well-being.
Each session begins with gentle breathing techniques, followed by influences of Native American traditions, leading into a peaceful guided meditation. All are welcome—whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice. Enjoy a free online meditation by clicking on the video below.
