This workshop offers a welcoming and approachable introduction for anyone curious about hypnosis and its potential role in supporting greater calm and well-being. \n\n\n\nAttend live online on November 2 or enjoy the workshop afterward through on-demand streaming. \n\n\n\nYour Guide: Steve Shields is a certified hypnotherapist with training in hypnosis and hypnotherapy.
