SUMMARY:Sound Healing Workshop for the Heart & Love Chakra
DESCRIPTION:The heart chakra is the energetic center of love\, compassion\, and emotional balance. When this center is open and harmonized\, we experience deeper connection—with ourselves\, others\, and the world around us. \n\n\n\nIn this experiential sound healing workshop\, participants will explore how intentional sound can gently open\, balance\, and activate the heart and love chakra. Through guided instruction and hands-on practice\, you’ll learn how vibration influences emotional states and energetic flow\, creating space for healing and renewal. \n\n\n\nIn This Workshop\, You Will:\n\n\n\n• Learn the foundations of heart chakra anatomy\, energy flow\, and resonance• Explore how sound and vibration influence emotional balance• Practice using singing bowls\, and the voice for heart-centered healing• Participate in partner and group sound healing exercises• Develop skills to facilitate sound healing for self with care and awareness• Engage in guided reflection and journaling to connect inner emotional states with sound \n\n\n\nWhat You’ll Leave With:\n\n\n\n• Practical tools to apply sound healing for emotional balance\, love\, and compassion• A deeper connection to your heart center and inner awareness• Techniques you can use for self-care  \n\n\n\nRegistration includes: Workshop access in-person\, handout’s and full access to digital collection of full one hour sound healing experiences to listen or watch guided by Jenny Bergold. \n\n\n\nPlease note: This is an in-person experience only. No previous meditation experience needed — all are welcome. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYour Sound Guide: Jenny Bergold started practicing yoga in 1999 and teaching in 2009. Jenny discovered yoga to calm the body and strengthen the mind. Jenny has her 200 Hour Hatha certification from Heaven Meets Earth Yoga in Evanston\, IL and her 200 Hour Kundalini certification from Spirit Rising Yoga in Chicago\, IL. Jenny is also certified in Prenatal\, Restorative\, Yin\, and Radiant Child Yoga. Jenny’s classes and sound healings focus on the mind and meditation.   \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n24 Hour Cancellation Policy.  At MSI Wellness Center\, we honor the time\, preparation\, and limited seating reserved for each participant. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all classes\, training programs\, private sessions\, and events. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled class\, training\, private session\, or event\, the full tuition or registration fee will be charged and is non-refundable. Because many of our offerings have limited seating and often sell out\, your reserved space prevents us from accommodating those on our waiting list. For cancellations made outside of the 24-hour cancellation window that qualify for a refund\, a $10 processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover administrative and payment processing costs. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and respect for our time\, preparation\, and the many individuals we serve.
