DESCRIPTION:Meditation is focusing your mind and body into calmness and relaxation.  This helps you increase your focus\, releases stress and improves your general health.  Have the past months been stressful? Release the stress & trauma of the past months by joining this lighter than air free meditation event guided by Billie Topa Tate – Native Author & Teacher.  \n\n\n\nIt’s time to fill ourselves with the world of ceremony. Many moons ago the Mescalero Apache tradition created a stress releasing ceremony and guided meditation.  We want to share this in-person experience with our wonderful community.  Topa Tate will provide a native cleansing and releasing ceremony followed by a gentle guided meditation. \n\n\n\nAbout The Instructor:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBillie Topa Tate’ is the founder of MSI Healing INC an earth friendly educational institute located in Evanston\, Illinois.
