The Institute is dedicated to presenting Eco Friendly Lectures, Meditation, Yoga and Green Living programs. Billie also has her private practice at the Institute. Billie Topa Tate is the Author of The Loving Kindness Meditation. Our goal is to provide everyone an opportunity to enjoy the Loving Kindness meditation. We provide this complimentary service every Friday at 6:30pm
