Billie Topa Tate is a Mescalero Apache author, teacher, and the founder of the MSI Wellness Center in Evanston, Illinois. For over 29 years, she has shared her expertise as a Native teacher and mentor, offering a range of energy-based healing practices such as Reiki, Native Energy sessions, and Cranial Sacral therapy. Billie also imparts indigenous wisdom on stress management, general wellness, meditation, and energy-based clearing and balancing techniques. She works closely with her students, helping them develop their intuition and practice energetic self-care.
Billie has created comprehensive educational programs that serve both the general public and specialized groups. She provides training and lectures to hospitals, including Rush University Hospital, and has developed courses in oncology at institutions like the Cancer Treatment Centers of America. Additionally, she has lectured for several years at Northwestern University’s pre-medical division, focusing on Reiki and indigenous wellness practices.
With over 28 years of experience, Billie continues to run a successful practice at MSI Wellness Center. She is an 8th Degree Reiki Master Teacher, certified massage therapist, Cranial Sacral graduate, meditation instructor, and Native Elder. The Center also provides a free – open to the public meditation first Friday‘s every month @ 6:30 pm.
About Your Visit
All visits consist of a general consultation to review client concerns and stress points, after which, Billie will provide her insights as a Native teacher and trained intuitive clairvoyant to speak from an energetic perspective. Billie will then work with you by providing personal techniques, insight, homework to facilitate happiness, healthy coping skills, and wellness for your life’s journey.

Consultation & Healing Session 1 Hour | $150
Those seeking guidance on their spiritual journey, as well as mentorship for practitioners. People who are looking for alternative healing modalities to work in conjunction with western medicine will benefit from a personal visit with Billie Topa Tate.
Description: 1 hour Session with Billie Topa Tate will consist of a review on physical stress points the client is experiencing and an opportunity to ask questions regarding the stress and uncertainties of life’s journey and receive insight from a Native Mentor. Table Treatments may include Reiki, Oncology Reiki (if applicable), Energy clearing and balancing, Native clearing of the energy field, Reiki Cranial Fascia, which releases any stagnation within the nervous system and refreshes the cranial and spinal rhythm thus enhancing the immunity system and creating peacefulness within the mind and body. Topa Tate can also provide reflexology, marma point therapy, and Ayurvedic head massage. Available in-person, zoom or phone session. Each appointment is customized for you with Billie Topa Tate at the beginning of each session.
Children Sessions (ages 12 under) | $125
Billie Topa Tate’s practice entails her compassion and wisdom to help children, who have stress related disorders, ADD, Allergies, and many other situations through a number of healing modalities.
Description: Treatment options include: Reiki Cranial Fascia, which is her own design using a combination Reiki, gentle cranial releases, gentle fascia releases to help the brain and body facilitate gentle circulation and de-stressing. Billie also uses her intuitive assessment of how to better facilitate resolution for children’s specific needs, such as plant-based nutrition, gluten-free education, teaching children and families how to integrate positive lifestyle, wellness practices such as meditation, and self-care techniques. Billie also uses her energy work which is based within her Native American Tradition and her clairvoyance to help support stress relief for disorders for children and adults. Available in-person, zoom or phone session.
Space Clearing and Energetic Empowerment | $125
House, Office, Business Blessing and Cleansing Ceremony. Our Living Spaces can be sacred spaces to contain, peace, harmony, wisdom, healing, and financial prosperity. This wonderful service is done remotely from Billie Topa Tate’s sacred space at MSI Wellness Center. She will harmonize the gates of energy that flow through space while also infusing the space with healing and joy.
