The heart chakra is the energetic center of love, compassion, and emotional balance. When this center is open and harmonized, we experience deeper connection—with ourselves, others, and the world around us.
In this experiential sound healing workshop, participants will explore how intentional sound can gently open, balance, and activate the heart and love chakra. Through guided instruction and hands-on practice, you’ll learn how vibration influences emotional states and energetic flow, creating space for healing and renewal.
• Learn the foundations of heart chakra anatomy, energy flow, and resonance
• Explore how sound and vibration influence emotional balance
• Practice using singing bowls, and the voice for heart-centered healing
• Participate in partner and group sound healing exercises
• Develop skills to facilitate sound healing for self with care and awareness
• Engage in guided reflection and journaling to connect inner emotional states with sound

Registration includes: Workshop access in-person, handout’s and full access to digital collection of full one hour sound healing experiences to listen or watch guided by Jenny Bergold.

Your Sound Guide: Jenny Bergold started practicing yoga in 1999 and teaching in 2009. Jenny discovered yoga to calm the body and strengthen the mind. Jenny has her 200 Hour Hatha certification from Heaven Meets Earth Yoga in Evanston, IL and her 200 Hour Kundalini certification from Spirit Rising Yoga in Chicago, IL.
