Have pen and paper by your side. Prior to class have a clean glass of water and a quartz crystal (or from the quartz family of Amethyst, Smokey, Citrine with no matrix. This is to put in the bottom of your water filled glass to amplify the energies of our session. You may also surround yourself with some of your chosen crystal/gemstone favorites (they may choose you). You may even bring your favorite jewelry.
I will share crystal healing wisdom after the journey on how to use crystals for healing. If you are local and would love to purchase a high energy crystal, they are for sale at MSI Wellness. Allow the event to program your crystal helpers with the sacred energies of our gathering. The guided journey will be recorded and sent to you for future listening and healing.
