May 28 @ 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm CDT
Sacred Friendships is a reflective and experiential class designed to support deeper, healthier, and more meaningful connections. This offering invites participants to explore friendship as a sacred relationship—one rooted in authenticity, reciprocity, and emotional awareness.
Through guided reflection, gentle discussion, and grounding practices, participants will examine personal friendship patterns, identify nourishing and draining dynamics, and learn how to cultivate connections that honor mutual respect and growth. This offers space to heal friendship wounds, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with the joy of supportive companionship.
Sacred Friendships is ideal for anyone navigating changes in friendships, seeking more aligned connections, or desiring greater clarity and intention in their relationships.
