This special sound healing experience is designed as a restorative pause before the fullness of the the turning of the year.
Through the vibration of sound, participants will be guided into a space of deep rest, reflection, and energetic clearing — allowing the body and mind an opportunity to soften, settle, and make room for renewal.
The waning moon energy surrounding this time of year beautifully supports the intention of release: letting go of accumulated stress, emotional heaviness, outdated patterns, and the many experiences we may have been carrying throughout the year.

Your Sound Guide: Jenny Bergold started practicing yoga in 1999 and teaching in 2009. Jenny discovered yoga to calm the body and strengthen the mind. Jenny has her 200 Hour Hatha certification from Heaven Meets Earth Yoga in Evanston, IL and her 200 Hour Kundalini certification from Spirit Rising Yoga in Chicago, IL. Jenny is also certified in Prenatal, Restorative, Yin, and Radiant Child Yoga. Jenny’s classes and sound healings focus on the mind and meditation.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy. At MSI Wellness Center, we honor the time, preparation, and limited seating reserved for each participant. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all classes, training programs, private sessions, and events. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled class, training, private session, or event, the full tuition or registration fee will be charged and is non-refundable. Because many of our offerings have limited seating and often sell out, your reserved space prevents us from accommodating those on our waiting list. For cancellations made outside of the 24-hour cancellation window that qualify for a refund, a $10 processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover administrative and payment processing costs. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and respect for our time, preparation, and the many individuals we serve.
