24 Hour Cancellation Policy. At MSI Wellness Center, we honor the time, preparation, and limited seating reserved for each participant. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all classes, training programs, private sessions, and events. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled class, training, private session, or event, the full tuition or registration fee will be charged and is non-refundable. Because many of our offerings have limited seating and often sell out, your reserved space prevents us from accommodating those on our waiting list. For cancellations made outside of the 24-hour cancellation window that qualify for a refund, a $10 processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover administrative and payment processing costs. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and respect for our time, preparation, and the many individuals we serve. Thank you for helping us create a thoughtful and well-prepared experience for our entire community.
