In a world that rarely slows down, deep rest has become both essential and elusive. Sound Healing for Restful Sleep & Nervous System Balance is a gentle, immersive workshop designed to calm the nervous system, release accumulated stress, and support restorative sleep through the intentional use of sound.
This experience explores how sound frequencies, rhythm, and vibration interact with the body’s natural systems—helping to shift the nervous system from a state of alertness into one of safety, ease, and deep relaxation. Participants are guided through both understanding why sound works and learning how to use it effectively.
Workshop elements include:
Outcome: Participants leave feeling grounded, calm, and empowered—with the knowledge and confidence to use sound intentionally to support sleep, soothe the mind, and regulate the nervous system. This workshop is beneficial for personal self-care.

Your Sound Guide: Jenny Bergold started practicing yoga in 1999 and teaching in 2009. Jenny discovered yoga to calm the body and strengthen the mind. Jenny has her 200 Hour Hatha certification from Heaven Meets Earth Yoga in Evanston, IL and her 200 Hour Kundalini certification from Spirit Rising Yoga in Chicago, IL.
