Into Stillness: A Sound Healing Meditation. As the season shifts and the moon gently wanes, you’re invited into an evening of deep rest, release, and restoration. Into Stillness is a meditative sound healing experience designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support restorative sleep.
Surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, voice, and grounding sound instruments, you’ll be guided into a peaceful state where the body can soften and the breath can slow. This is a space to let go of stress, mental overload, and energetic tension, allowing sound to gently guide you into deep relaxation.
Early spring invites clearing and renewal—an ideal time to release what feels heavy and create space for new rhythms of rest and balance.
This sound healing meditation includes:
A nurturing, sacred space to simply receive and be held by sound
Immersion in calming sound frequencies that support nervous system regulation
Gentle guidance into a meditative state of deep rest and stillness
An opportunity to release stress, emotional tension, and mental chatter
