Creation Story from Billie Topa Tate:

The Breath of Sacred Wisdom is a meditation that I have been using  for more than 40 years. I began using this advanced meditation during my training to access a part of my consciousness that would produce the most nourishing calmness and to understand the landscape of mind and spirit. At a very young age – my wonderful teachers guided me to use this meditation to access mystical time and energy for the purpose of receiving information about a pressing question and to be guided by higher thought. I condensed this meditation to an auspicious 21 minutes so everyone can enjoy this advanced meditation.


  1. Find a space where you will not be interrupted for at least 30 minutes
  2. Wear comfortable clothes and be in a relaxed position
  3. Practice focusing on the sound of your breath for a few minutes before meditation
  4. Use this meditation on a regular basis to refresh you from stress and access wisdom filled thoughts
