The meditation “Healing Our Worries” helps us to bring our worries to healing energies and a part of our mind that can access wonderful techniques. Billie teaches us a great way of sending peace, wholeness, wisdom, and transformation to our concerns. Billie guides us through a wonderful meditation that provides access to a great part of our beautiful spirit.

Creation Story from Billie Topa Tate:

In this meditation, Billie shares beautiful native stories about “The Great Spirit” and how the great spirit provided the gift of healing that resides in a beautiful part of our mind and spirit. Many years ago Billie received 10 wonderful meditations from her teachers during her training. This meditation was designed specifically to activate a part of our mind to provide wonderful healing and beautiful techniques


  1. Find a space where you will not be interrupted for at least 13 minutes
  2. Wear comfortable clothes and be in a relaxed position
  3. Practice focusing on the sound of your breath for a few minutes before meditation
  4. Use this meditation on a regular basis to refresh you from stress and access wisdom-filled thoughts
