How to Enjoy the Final Full Moon of 2019
Happy Full Moon and Mystical Meteor Shower will give us 2 powerful reasons to look up to the sky today. The Geminids Meteor shower speaks of bringing new ideas, new concepts and revelations to our life’s journey.
Our Native stories tell us that the Great Spirit gifted us meteor showers to bring precious materials, minerals and new energies to Mother Earth for the purpose of helping us gain different insights, revelations and new concepts. Imagine that meteors come from galaxies that are billions of miles away from our universe which contain new rare earth and energies from other worlds.
It is always recommended that we do meditation when we have a full moon and especially when we are also experiencing meteor showers for the purpose of gaining wonderful insights to current situations. This full moon is about clearing out things, which is why meditation will help us be guided by higher thought and thus transcend any current situation.
Free Community Meditation
This Friday we are having a empowering free meditation with a traditional smudging and tips on how to deepen our meditation practice. Our Evanston, Illinois Wellness and Meditation Center offers a free group guided meditation for peace, mindfulness and relaxation every Friday at 6:30pm – 7:30pm. We have been providing this free community event in the Chicago area for over 19 years. You are welcome to drop in as no registration is required and all of the supplies are provided.
