🌕 1. Moon Bathing Ritual

• What you need: A cozy blanket, moonlight, silence or soft music.
• How to do it: Sit or lie under the moonlight. Breathe deeply. Visualize the moonlight cleansing your aura and releasing anything that no longer serves you — doubts, fears, toxic patterns.
• Optional: Hold a crystal like moonstone, selenite, or rose quartz.

🔥 2. Release & Burn Ceremony

• What you need: Paper, pen, fire-safe bowl or cauldron, matches.
